Inventory controller material management
Working on SAP (HANA)
Create Reservation for material issuance to W/H through (MB21).
Transfer posting through (MIGO).
Goods receiving through GTN & MB51 on SAP
Follow up the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and Qualified/Process Parameter of different working procedure to make good quality product’s.
Maintain ISO-9001quality standards to ensure that, material, Product, Process and service are more reliable and documented, also held QMI (Quality management information) meeting on weekly basis.Ø To collect and maintain the record of new product development, experiments/trials result related to various products
Organize stock taking activity on monthly basis to maintain WIP (Work in progress) and find out variances between physical stock and SAP.
Reconcile the variances with physical and system quantity
Analyze root causes of PI variances
To control on floor inventory under 2 days PI’s. To coordinate with concerned departments for smooth functioning during product & process development.
To conduct weighing practice of all varying product on quarterly basis to  check/ revise BOM.
 Deliver 5 S, Kaizen, practices on floor & Achieved 3S.
 Follow up a FIFO (First in First Out) procedure for product and material flow
 To deal with in-house complaints.
 To complete any other assignment given by the management.
 To maintain overall discipline and housekeeping of the department.
 To exhibit better coordination, motivating, learning and decision making  skills
 Maintain a safe workplace environment by monitoring and reporting of  UAUCs  by addressing viaTBT’s.
