• Timely preparation of financial statements and management accounts along with analytical review and analysis.

• Maintaining record of payables, receivable and preparation of schedule of payments and aging of them.
• Assist departments in preparing their respective budgets and budgetary control procedures.
• Establishing accounting procedure as well as supervising internal control system and ensuring compliance with International Accounting Standards.
• Conducting Internal Audit of Hospital & Sub Offices.
• Looking after the whole banking matters of the Trust.
• Supervising and monitoring the accounting software, ensuring the posting and generating of results in appropriate manner.

• Monthly preparation of accounts, Income tax filings and dealing with banks.

• Preparation of MIS Reports regarding payroll for Management & Audit Purpose.
• Preparation of Schedules regarding payroll for Labour Department.
• Assisting in preparation of audit reports for Social Security & EOBI.
• Looking after the insurance matters of the concern.
• Preparation of Insurance schedules of monthly & Quarterly basis.
• Maintaining the whole finished inventory stock for the concern.
• Preparation of delivery orders.
• Preparation of MIS reports for Management.
• Supervising the Physical Audit of the Inventory on Fortnightly & Monthly basis.
