Arranging proforma invoice for payment to vendors.
Managing timely transmission of L/Cs, arranging documentation for advance payment / credit payment.
EIF (Electronic Import Form) approval from banks.
Arranging customs clearance and relevant matters. Working on SRO 492, 326 / 327 & DTRE.
Managing vendors ledgers and coordinating with finance dept. for payment.
Arranging PDC/I-Bond for shipments and maintaining their record.
Submission of shipping documents against advance payments.
