Ensuring good quality work in minimum possible time.
Performing various assignments as per requirements of the project assigned by the Resident Engineer.
Supervise all kind of testing on site and laboratory.
Verify the job mix and mix designs.
Record the minutes of meetings.
Review all kind of method statements submitted by the contractors.
Visit different sources and plants of construction materials along with consultants staff for maintaining quality work.
Preparation of monthly progress report for consultants.
Checking the design cross-sections and as-built drawings.
Checking the IPC,s on site along with inspector & surveyor.
Work out solutions of day to day problems at site during the construction in consultation with Resident engineer.
Maintain the photographs of all critical activities at the project site.
Ensure that field survey has been carried out by the surveyor to establish design parameters.
Assist Quantity Surveyor in all kind of official work.
Assist Resident Engineer in preparation of presentation and other work.
Review Contractors Shop Drawings, BBS and method statements.
Interpret drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
Keep proper control on the quality of work produced by the contractor.
Develop, manage and update project schedule.
