概要

I support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. I provide historical refrence by defining procedures for retention protection, retrival, transfers and disposal of records.


I keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summerizing information and identifying trends. I welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel. I carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents including office correspondence, memos, resumes and presentation.
