PROJECT HANDLING

Leading project installation and commissioning of the grinding plant.
Responsible for overseeing electrical technicians who install control panels and power systems of various machines and systems.
Modified in the grinding plant and replaced all soft starters with VFDS of motors. .
Make a new panel of coriander plant also its installation and commissioning.
Leading project of power house, power distribution and cable tray work..

Responsible for daily maintenance and good running condition of all machines.
Handling preventive and corrective actions for better daily maintenance regarding Gearbox, conveyor, low and high-pressure compressor, Cooling Towers, Chiller, Pumps, Boiler and Brenner other equipment in plant.
Performing Installation for new machines, and other accessories.
Performing trouble shooting with regards to mechanical, electrical control and, contributions in modification of all machineries.
Reporting all breakdown to the Line Manager and request parts for maintenance and repair.
Using manual and drawings for troubleshooting identifying faulty equipment in running plants and compressors.
