Preparation of all sales tax Invoices (Exports & Local) of weaving
Quantitative & Quality wise Reconciliation of sales in every month
Booking & reconciliation of processing Invoices.
Coordination with other departments:
o Marketing department (for collecting sales related documents i.e. DR, Sales order etc.
o Audit department (for audit of Invoices on daily basis)
o Tax department (for providing them all sales tax Invoices)
o Recovery department (for dispatch of Invoices)
Verification and booking Commission & claims of both Local & Export sales.
Accruals of export on month end i.e. inland freight, clearing and forwarding expenses etc
