Job Description: Responsibilities and Accountabilities are:  Responsible for maintaining the customer’s asset (225MW CCPP) following recognized/prudent industrial practice and accountable for delivering the plant performance and reliability within the O&M contract guarantees.  Leading RAM+ initiative to achieve best reliability and availability.  Preparation and execution of maintenance budgets keeping in view the stringent financial targets.  Establishing, maintaining and auditing routines, for all operational aspects of the facility, within a framework accreditable to internationally recognized standards (ISO 9001, 14001 & OSHAS 18001).  Responsible for conducting annual plant internal audits. Compiling audit results and assigning corrective action to owners.  Development of FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and Data Base of plant equipment for better procurement planning and devising predictive and preventive maintenance.  Acting as Site MOC (Management of Change) coordinator for system modifications.  Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo): Tracking of Service requests, Work orders, Failure reporting and Labor working hours. Development of preventive and predictive maintenance in Maximo for proper maintenance consistent with protecting the Owners investment and achieving maximum site availability, maintaining PM record and developing asset history for each instruments/equipment in Maximo and generation of report through Maximo.  Effective member of site’s every RCA, comprehensive understanding of 8D, Development of CAPA.  Troubleshoot and to plan, execute the jobs within the time limit and always keep the customer satisfaction in mind.  Inventory inspection, purchase requisition, technical approval of quotations, ordering related issues and inspection on receiving.  Planning and execution of complex annual and midterm outages including CI, HGPI and MI of Gas Turbines and Steam Turbine. Preparation of reports, including shutdown reports, outages reports, trip reports, monthly report for Maintenance department.  Actively involved in implementation of TILs (Technical Information Letter) as per GE requirements.  Sharing best practices with other O&M businesses and COE (Center of Excellence) for enhancing of reliability, efficiency and productivity of plant and equipment.  Annual maintenance of Generators and 132kV switchyard.  Planning and execution of BOP maintenances.  Testing & calibration of protection relays ELIN, NARI, Omron, Micom (P121, P122, P123, P622), VAMP265 generator differential protection, VAMP260 power monitoring unit, VAMP210 generator protection unit.
