Roles and Responsibilities • Develop, test and implement new software application using best practices like code comments, clear code, documentation, flowcharts, etc. • Review new and existing code and perform unit testing to ensure strong functionality and optimizitation.1) Billing System Web based software which aims to generate telephone number bills. Customer Profiles are created into system with all its details(caller_ids, plan, subscription, rates, ratecards,etc.) and every month bills are calculated for every customer. Reports also generated from system on monthly, bi-anually and annually. 2) Prison Call Shop Software which aims to provides each user (inmate) with a rechargeable, pin protected and biometric calling account and allow them to place calls on some specific speeddials in allocated time slots and days. Third party biometric devices are integrated with system to ensure biometric availability in callshops.3) Waasiq (Omni-Connect) Omni-Connect is an integrator which acts as a bridge that gets and sends information from shopify to retail software’s(e.g. RetailPro, Candela etc.). It gets orders from shopify and process the orders in Omni-Connect, verify inventory, assign courier, pick and pack management, create invoices to fulfill that orders and finally send finalized invoices to the Retail Software to just confirmed that the order is finalized and then send order’s information to shopify.
