Looking after the Pre-sales part of Zonergy HQ for the South Asian market.

 Lead teams of service engineers and technicians to support new and existing customers and troubleshooting of solar home systems.
 Responsible centralized repair and warranty claim function as well as to handle certain product changes.
 Provide training\'s to installers and retailers as requested by the sales manager.
 Manage service, repair and warranty functions and establishment of service centers in the country.
 Establish efficient, cost effective and customer friendly functions and procedures for service maintenance and repair.
 Establish and maintain a highly competent service engineer function.
 Handel technical teams for giving call center support services.

Working closely with electrical engineer s, structural engineers, engineering technicians and IT staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsible for estimating material, Implementation, and labor costs, and project time scales.
 Identify custom requirement and designing solutions.
 Attending project review meeting.
 Prepare electrical procedure for commissioning and installation.
 Reading electrical design specifications and technical drawings.
 Organizing routine servicing schedule.
 Give training to my teams and supervising them in field.
 Project budget estimation making of BOQ’s and BOM’s after material estimation.
 Help procurement in finding right material and equipment for project.
 Attending meetings, drafting reports and give presentation to higher management and clients.
 Give corporate training to client teams.
 Fulfill the responsibilities of project manager if project manager is out of office or on field visit.

 Confer with engineers, customers and others to discuss potential engineering projects and products.
 Prepare technical drawings, specification of electrical systems or topographical maps to ensure that installation and operation confirms to standards and customer requirements.
 Prepare specification for purchase of material and equipment.
 Oversee project commissioning to ensure that projects are completed on time and with in budget.
 Designing solar solution for home’s, commercial, agriculture, street lights and AC/DC water pumps.
