Carried out the range of activities as an External Affairs Officer and Project Administrator and assisted the Regional Representative/Country Director/Senior Program Adisor in all correspondence, administrative and programmatic management to ensure implementation of the project activities in an effective and efficient manner. Conducted donor mapping, informed senior management on recent calls for Fund raising and Resource mobilisation. Also assisted with visa documentation for foregin countries. As an Asstt.
