KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Spearheading a department with 5 individuals
 Successfully managing a portfolio of PKR 1 billion annual purchase budgets. Allocation in the following sub segments
o Basic chemicals (both commodity and Specialty chemicals)
o Solvents
o Seeds and Fertilizers
o Plant and machinery equipment
o General Office Supplies.
 Negotiations, Preparation and Finalization of yearly contracts with vendors for product supplies.
 To make comparative statement based on vendor’s data.
 Handling material discrepancies and invoice problems in a highly professional and timely manner.
 Management of agreed credit limits and credit timelines with vendors.
 Close coordination within various departments for smooth compliance of requirements.
 Maintenance of vendor records and QC reports for timely submission to management, as and when desired.
 Close coordination with outside transport for timely delivery of procured material.

The group has a franchise network of more than 1000 across Pakistan and a product range of 200 with an employee strength of over 1500, the company stands amongst top three major contributors to Agro segment in Pakistan.
