After completion of my education i joined organization(RSPs) Thardeep Rural Development program as a Unit Incharge on 19 October 2004, i worked there 3 year than joined a bank as a team leader/Relationship Manager on 12/11/2007, than i became branch manager in The First Micro Finance Bank Ltd Thari Mirwah Branch and served there five year and proved himself, after this on the opportunity i extend my interest to newly opened bank Al Habib and became manger operations and served one year than i again moved to development sector and joined the Sindh Rural Support Organization as District Manager.
-Implementing the programs / projects launched in the district by leading the team of 65 members in 08 talkas.
-Implementing the Government Funded project Peoples Poverty reduction program consisting of Community Investment Fund, Income Generating Grants, Low Cost Houses, Vocational training Program and capacity building of Community Institutions at Khairpur with the fund of Rs.844 M.
- To ensure the parking of spared funds in banks on profit basis by opening of CIs accounts.
-Work closely with the communities in strengthening existing Community Organizations (Cos); Village Organizations VOs; and Local Support Organizations (LSOs) by remaining engaged with them; facilitating capacity building interventions and developing their linkages with other public and private sector organizations.
-Maintain a close liaison with public sector institutions involved in public service delivery, development programs for the overall development and poverty reduction in the district.
-Supervise the implementation of Community Investment Fund / IFL linked interventions by the Community Organizations closely for ensuring a transparent and effective implementation for overall empowerment of local communities.
-Provide technical assistance to communities in undertaking viable and sustainable income generating enterprises through Community Investment Fund(CIF).
-Create market linkages of the communities with the coordination of relevant sectors/ units in SRSO Head Office.
-Maintain efficient record of all transactions and comply with the financial, HR, Procurement and other rules and regulations of the organization.
-Provide leadership to the district adminsteration in carrying forward the programs/ projects under implementation for the well being of the local communities.
-Provide regular reports to the Head office on the ongoing programs/ projects and undertake trouble shooting for a smooth and professional management at district level.
-Supervising the all branch departments, cash. Clearing, retailing and stock.
-Being a local ensure the sustain business of the bank by taking the accounts from different customers.
-Supervise the branch internal/technical staff control
-To authorize/ Monitor the transactions as per limit.
-Bank Reconciliation.
-Monitor the clearing/collection/Bills/Remittances.
-Checking of Security Stationery.
-Authorization of SOD/EOD,
-Monitor the operation team activity wise,
-Look after all administrative position of branch.
-Reporting of daily branch position.
-Planning and sharing reports to management.
-Reviewing the expenses of branch as per budget.
-Supervision of all activities at branch jurisdiction.
-Operate the branch according the prudential rules and regulations of the State bank.
-Conduct the meetings with VOs/WOs for impact assessment.
-Verify the clients as disbursed by team and ensure the right utilization.
-Prepare the operation budget on yearly basis.
-Mobilize the deposit and maintained with low COF.
-Ensuring the compliance on prudential rule of SBP in all activities of bank.
-Checking of security stock and get maintained the record.
-Maintain the branch with sustainable profit.
-Manage the advance and liability of the branch.
-Lead the team of branch with success of desirable targets
-Planning, and reporting with Area & HO
-Lead the branch with controlled expenses and cost.
