Responsibilities (Sales Executive)oCoordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.oPrepare sales orders for OEM, Export & Market Customers in SAP.oArrangement of goods for delivery to the customer.oResponsible for dispatching all the deliveries (OEM, MKT & Export)oSet up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.oResponsible for all the invoices in Excel sheets and SAP.oGather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.oRespond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.oMonitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
