Job Responsibilities:
Analyze given scope of work reviewing tender documents i.e. Instruction to Tenderer or Conditions of Contract, General Specifications (Architectural & Civil), Bill of Quantities & Tender Drawings to prepare the tender review sheet.
Review the basic design, prepare the BOQ, Tender Cost Estimation & Cost Control.
Prepare Rate Analysis & Engineering Estimates i.e. man-hour estimates, materials estimates, and construction equipment & tool estimates.
Prepare & Sending Request for Quotation (RFQ) such as (materials, vendors & subcontractors), follow-up, acquire responses and compliance sheets to prepare quotation comparison sheet and the best quotation.
Maintain the vendor records, Qualifying the sub-contractor/ Suppliers.
Prepare the Cash flow statement, qualifications/ exceptions/ deviations and other issues which could affect the prices or project duration.
Project Engineer (Site In-charge)
Tasks:
Project Management, Quantity Calculations and Estimations.
Prepare Bill of Quantity and Cost Estimates based on Government Schedules Rates and Non-Scheduled Rates
Site Visits and Resolution of on-site issues
Site Supervision, Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
