Electrical Engineer, PEC# ELECT/71472
Accountable for attending meetings with team/user for discussion and solution of different issues at project sites of Electrical, Communication and Signal departments.
Coordinating with local Authorities for LDA, NESPAK, NTC and WAPDA.
Inspection and Checking of electrical layout (conduiting) with NESPAK as per drawings and responsible for required changings according to consultant requirements.
Inspect materials delivered on site to make sure that the Materials and Equipment’s are in accordance with the project specifications
Coordination with Mechanical and Civil engineers and discussion of electrical, communication and signal systems towards successful completion of project.
Conduct inspection for quality control and quality assurance program, reporting and recommendations.
Installation of electrical, communication and signal equipments (internal and external), cable routing, cable trays for tunnels, decorative lights, emergency lights, cable routing, distribution panel boards, transformers and Lv switchgears, magnetic lock door and window sensors, JDK, omnidirectional radio antenna, signal antenna, repeater-far-end machine, fixed focus and IPZ cameras, big digital clocks, LCDs, signal lights, TRE antenna, speakers, etc.
Inspection and testing of earthing pits, earthing protection system, communication chambers.
Megger testing of cables and other equipment before site handling to clients.
Checking the quality of electrical fixture as per consultant approved manufacturer lists.
Collaborating with Draughtsman’s to prepare shop drawings, Checking & submission of Drawings for Approval.
Making Check requests and IPCs (Interim payment certificate) of all equipments according to BOQ.
Teaching (Part time)
· Deliver lecture to 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th standard classes of Physics and Mathematics.
· Deliver lecture of Mathematics to B.com and Applied physics to BSc Physics.
· Conduct quizzes, test session and paper checking.
