i. In-charge for all in house activities in Bread, Shawarma, Burger, Rusk, Biscuits,
Nutri-nut Cookies and Dry Cakes.
ii. Maintaining Quality Standards and line productivity by implementing GHP, GMP and
QMS.
iii. Maintaining compliance of imported raw material with standards.
iv. Managing Quality Assurance through supply chain.
v. Making, improving and maintaining documents required for Pest Management System,

Trainee in Operation
Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and system
Assist and investigate in quality, food safety and work related incidents.
Implementation of Food Safety Management System (HACCP), integrated Management system
(ISO, 22000:2005) and Food Quality Management system (ISO, 9000:2015).
Ensure Halal Food Management system and complete documentation.
Implementation and compliance to all established operational and food safety
parameters with objective to minimum quality, food safety incidents.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports by compiling all operational related records and
data.
Ensure the effectiveness of document and record control system throughout the organization.
