HI My name is Afifa i am from karachi. I have done my graduation in BA and also done my DAE in office management/ secretarial management .I am doing a job at travel consultant from last 3 years .
My job description we issued tickets ,refund Tickets and also check after issuance quality check Tickets . Before The ticket issuance we check passenger booked itinerary ,baggage airline locater ,airline code ,destination ,ticket no , fare , ancillary service And remarks and many others thing then we issue tickets. After issued the ticket we check all thing such as baggage airline locater ancillary service, remarks itinerary all segment should be HK no Un UC TK segment in booking and check many other thing. we also processed refund on both GDS worldspan and Amadeus .
we process full refund ,cancellation , tax refund , schedule change refund , partial refund and schedule change refund as per airline policy and we do many other thing in my job.
