• Management of I-Direct Hub & Spoke Satellite Network Operations based on Infiniti and DVBS-2 Technologies.
• Handling the nationwide network of Satellite Communication (iDirect Technology)
• Providing full fledge support to field engineers during I-Direct Installations and keep proactive monitoring of the HUB Side Network.
• Providing configuration files (Option files) for I-Direct Modems.
• Troubleshooting the reported issues on I-Direct Remote Sites.
• Monitoring over 1000 I-Direct remote sites.
• Providing Tier 1 support to YahSat Network nationwide
• Configuration of Hardware Devices of multiple vendors (Cisco, Raisecom, Juniper, MikroTik Router Boards, Wireless Routers of multiple vendors) as per required scenarios
• Configuration of Long-Haul Data Connectivity circuits
• Management of the BGP Peers with Upstream Providers
• Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to Field Engineers during Hardware Installations & Troubleshooting
• Ensure efficient and effective reporting of network operations.
• Management of the IP Pools record of all clients
• Visiting the Client Ends Data Centers when necessary for doing on site configurations and circuit’s testing
• Handling the Core Network of Central Region along with the Long- Haul MPLS Network nationwide

• Coordinating with the other ISPs and Upstream Providers for New Handshakes Establishment
• Handling the complaints regarding all network technologies
• Configuration of circuits of the Internet Clients of Radio Frequency and Fiber Technologies

• Addressing the queries to other Service Providers and Upstream Providers in case of services degradation or outage
