Work with management to develop a deep understanding of the product vision and business goals- Conduct extensive primary and secondary research in the product domain and come up with a product and marketing strategy- Develop user personas, use cases, interaction flows and sitemaps/navigation for the product in hand- Decide on a set of product features and write specifications/PRD\'s with great detail to document functional and aesthetic aspects what needs to be built.- Create wire frames of the intended user experience to guide tech teams to comprehend user experience- Collaborate closely with developers, designers and quality assurance on building the “right product” by explaining specifications, guiding user experience, reviewing deliverable\'s and conveying an exciting vision- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact- Drive efforts to develop both the software-as-a-service application and the public marketing site that encapsulates the sales pitch for the product- Drive product launches with online marketing and content teams- Represent the company by visiting customers or joining remote calls to solicit feedback and convey benefits- Work with copywriters to develop copy for sales pitch decks and product manuals

This position leads the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy the business needs.• Defines and documents internal and external user interfaces, supports system, data requirement clarification and definition• Works with client personnel to identify required changes• End to end owner of the requirements, from gap analysis phase to deliver into Production Environment• Synthesize high-level architecture and business objectives with detailed business and system requirements• Delivering documentations for User Stories, User Requirements, Use Cases, Business Rules, or other detailed deliverables• Modeling techniques and methods like Business Process Flows, Data Flow Diagrams, State Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Mock-ups and proposed design• Bench-marking and comparative analysis with competitive software products• Extensive industry research from completeness and correctness perspective to ensure that all the business scenarios have been catered within the requirement radius/scope• Effectively manage complex requirements projects involving multi-disciplinary stakeholders• Facilitating design sessions with the development and quality assurance team to translate gaps into appropriate solution• Maintaining the Requirement Traceability Matrix to ensure the requirements being catered for each phase of SDLC• Responsible of UAT process post development • Helping the development and QA team in clarifying the requirement / gaps• Scripting SQL queries to extract and modify data• Responsible for analyzing and setting up a customized interface for data exchange between vendors using the industry standard HL7 & EDI file format ensuring all industry standards are met• Responsible for analyzing and setting up security for data exchange using SAML

It is a project of Game Development Deparment of PCB, conducting the school cricket with engagement of more than 10000 Students from different citites of Pakistan. In this project we developed players profile on this level for 1st time in Pakistan. I have Developed the Offical Andorid Application of FutureIcons and managing Database for all participating Players Information.
