First of all I started job in Masood Textile Ltd to gain experience in apparel management , In the meanwhile I also establishing my own small apparel unit. I have complete command on all the specific operations of Apparel industry. Now I am well known about how to manage inductions, productions flows, product finishing process, initial and final auditing, shipping functions, purpose of merchandising, collaboration about consumer goods and how to interaction with importers and exporters.

Assist in the development and implementation of compliance related policies and procedures. Manage compliance related vendors including deliverable, contracts and payments. Partner with the various Human Resources functional areas to evaluate and monitor processes to ensure compliance with government legislation. Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are being followed. Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.

As above mentioned duty manager job, I was acting as a HR Admin also at the same time. I administrate the following functions of human resources like employee files. Compensation and wage structure, hotel security, staff attendance, orienting employees, supply management and interviewing the new comers

After that I had a opportunity to work in Shelton’s Greens Hotel as a Duty Manager. In my responsibilities to check the appearance of staff, run the front office functions smoothly & accurately, hotel overall look and to co-ordinate with all departments for ensuring the guest stay is well organized and coordinated.

Company is related to plastic and carton manufacturing which is established in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry were in my responsibilities. Researching and analyzing sales option. My work included organizing sales visits. Demonstrating and presenting products.

My job was related to set up the shooting place. I was performing production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling and sorting using hands. Report defective product or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Perform related duties as required by supervision.

I was leading the company as a Managing Director & we launched the product of mineral water by the name of VORE PURE DRINKS. I had to run daily operations, coach employees, maintain quality control and ensure that products and services are fulfilling customer needs. Constantly review the company\'s financial, budgetary and production goals. Later on I sold out my company due to some domestic issues.
