E-Health Gateway for Outdoor Patients

E-Health Gateway will be the complete comprehensive IT solution for keep track the medical history of patients in particular hospital or clinic; Nobody can deny the importance of patient medical history. Our aim to provide to people of Pakistan a secure and easy way to keep track of their medical history, providing access to their lab results, prescriptions, Xrays, etc. E-health Gateway will be the web base project, Consultants or patients requires only one PC with an internet connection using this system, web based projects have a significant advantage is access everywhere at any time so both patient and consultants can use this system 24 hours in a day. However, there are risks for using a web-based system. Once the Health-Gateway’s users lose its Internet connection (due to hardware failure, maintenance, or ISP problems) they remain unable to use this System such as Consultants will not be able to view the patient history because it is almost paperless. These are the following features that I have done in this project: Product Feature:  Patient Appointment Management • Book appointment o Search doctor  View available time slots of the doctors • Advance appointment • Multiple appointments • Cancel appointments • Request for emergency appointment • Appointment confirmation • Appointment reminder  Doctors appointment scheduling • Doctor today's appointments schedule • Doctors tomorrow appointments detail • Cancel appointment • SMS text detail about tomorrow appointments to doctor • total examined appointments • total canceled appointments  Identify and maintain patient records • Search patient o Patient total visit to hospital o Patient total visit to a particular doctor o Patient personal detail  Edit patient personal detail  Add new patient  Assigning Medical registration number (MRNO) to each patient.  Generating patient MRNO card • Unique Barcode based MRNO card  Manage patient medical history
