Logistics Handling
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Work closely with shipping lines, clearing agent and transporters for most accurate and preferred quotes.
Supervise the loading of the vehicle so that products are safely loaded and secured to minimize chances of damage.
Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
Liaising and negotiating with Vendors and customers
Responsible to manage all logistics matters with reference to both import, export & local deliveries
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics.
Yarn Sales & Export Marketing
SAP ERP SD module (PO Creation, Deliver Order, Customer creation, Invoices and all sales related SAP reports.
Co-ordinate with clients for the purposes of business development, determination of their expectations/requirements, monitor client satisfaction and obtain feedback (Indoor Local Market)
Look after all customers branding, packaging requirements.
Preparing and issuing Performa Invoices
Co-ordinate with customers regarding timely deliveries
Preparation of customs document as well as final documents
Preparation of sales contracts, and dispatch to parties.
Maintaining contract register.
Complaint handling,
Payments follow-up.
Maintain the yarn stock report and plan for deliveries of yarn.
Daily update the yarn rates to the management and make best deals accordingly
Arranging dispatch samples
Controlling the sale Tax invoices.
