Management of company accounts, bookkeeping and posting ledger entries.
Bank reconciliation on weekly basis.
Also responsible for transparent handling of petty cash expenses.
Handling all payments for vendors, utilities, etc.
Payroll:
Complete management of payroll for all employees.
Managing all adjustments such as loan repayments, etc.
Reimbursement of Medical allowances month wise.
Taxation:
Complete responsibility of filing company’s and personal tax returns.
Handling of income tax deductions on salaries.
Withholding income tax calculations, deductions and filing on FBR portal.
Negotiate with bank Treasury department for foreign remittances rates (USD GBP)
Tracking attendance, absences, late, commissions, bonuses, leave encashment, etc.
deal with Financial matters i.e. Foreign remittances, Banks, Petty cash reimbursements.
I manage Office Administration and HR matters of organization.
In Addition, I Prepare and submit Income Tax Return in FBR online portal. I also prepare annual return of company and submit to tax consultant for filing.
HR & Management/Administration:
Planned, developed and implement HR policies, strategies and procedures to attain the organization’s goals.
Drafting of Annual Increment Letters, Promotion Letters, Permanent Employment Letters, income withholding tax certificates etc.
Responsible for Employee Health claims(Hospitalization), reimbursement & contracts renewals.
Take disciplinary action by issuing warning letters, verification of inquiry reports for the obligatory action.
