School Coordinator
Reporting: Saba Mushtaq, Program Manager Badal Do!
Badal Do! is a school-centered project which aims to bring inclusive tools in the classroom; phase II’s curriculum focused on reflective thinking, civic responsibility, character building and cultural engagement.
Responsibilities;
• Coordinated with school management and teaching faculty; total 150 schools were on our panel
• Visited schools on a fortnightly basis to monitor program quality and track progress (Orangi, Baldia and Lyari areas)
• Reported school wise progress, challenges, and success stories and create a photo and video bank of activities
• Provided support to the school management for smooth implementation of the Badal Do! program
• Shared feedback and outcomes with consortium partners, how different activities are being adopted by schools
• Conducted Badal Do! training at schools where required
• Pitched and on-boarded new school to meet program targets
• Project positively impacted; 1519 management and teaching staff and 14,388 school children
