Skillfully Inspect & Execute IT project AIMS (Airport Information Management System) under the guidelines of FIDIC contract at Islamabad International Airport.
Supervision of multiple software implementation phases like (Procurement, Installation, Configuration, Integration & Operations).
Supervise and certify different phases of testing including testing plans, procedures, scripts and contingency plan which includes Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Material Inspections Reports (MIR), Inspection Requests (IR), Work Requests (WRF), Site Integration Testing (SIT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), End to End Testing (E2E Testing).
