• Making follow ups on calendar , on daily basis we had to contact 60 insurance company on call including email and fax .
• Completing weekly and monthly targets .
• Having conversation with adjuster or DA about the file and convincing them to pay and give the best offer on out standing amount reviewing file with them arguing with them in a decent way. Total time period of each call is about 30 to 35 minutes.
