Key responsibilities were:
Review all relevant subcontractor invoices to make sure completeness and consistency with work order period of performance scope of work.
Work with country teams to develop financial tracking tools necessary to properly monitor expenses pipelines for each task orders.
Verify field office conducted proof of delivery reconciliations for all distribution.
Coordinate with the appropriate field office personnel subcontractor staff to identify the appropriate course of action to prove or modify the respective invoice.
Ensure that all deliverables have been completed and are properly documented, prior to making vendor payments.
Assist with creating monitoring budgets.
