I Nadeem Tariq working in social sector since 2010. Currently I am working as livelihood officer at INGO, Islamabad. Having multiple skills, at multiple organization experience at multiple positions and academic background. I had started my professional career from BRAC Pakistan (INGO) 2010-2012, livelihood and microfinance program. Where core responsibility were child safeguarding and protection as well provide technical support and financial support along training to caregiver of orphans. Zero tolerance on Data protection and data security. Then I had join supreme Engineering Co.llc as accountant (2013-14), fabrication and steel work company. In DAMEN support program 2014-15 (livelihood Microfinance company), onward I continue my livelihood and microfinance professional experience with Helping Hand for relief and development (Ehsas program, IFL) 2015-19. I also Worked as HR officer since Oct 2020- Sep 2021. Now a days I am working as Livelihood Officer at Secours Islamique France (INGO) since Oct 2021 till to date.


Two proposal submitted 1. Out of school children enrollment & 2. PSEA (Protection sexual expolitation and abuse awareness.


I had completed my M.phil (International development studies) from IQRA UNIVERSITY ISLAMABAD, 2019. Before my M.phil i had completed my academic master in MBA program in 2010. Along my academic education i had done multiple training, courses and diploma. In which destination awards were from Pakistan microfinance network and national institute of banking and finance 2015.


My skill cover Project proposal writting, program implementation, monitoring, audit, reporting to management and donor, team building, conflict management, on job training of staff and staff capacity building. Risk analysis and action, modern communication technology in which having computer skill friendly use.

Planning and Implementation:

Ensure implementation against annual work plan, target, time lines and result indicators.
Develop internal monitoring and operational plan that help implementation.
Coordinate program operation actions, identify appropriate implementation, initiate procurement, manage procurement, beneficiaries’ selection contract and cash donation management.
Monitor program field-based implementation activities.
Ensure timely and quality progress of the program.
Provide inputs and feedback to reporting.
Ensure systematic record-keeping and filing.
Collect information and analyse information (data) on livelihood context.
Draft preparation or technical input and feedback to concept paper and proposal,
Develop new livelihood initiatives that are in the line of program strategy for using livelihood to strengthen social cohesion.
Undertake capacity-development of Livelihood beneficiaries.
Regularly coordinate with relevant government institutions,
Conduct field visits to all project locations (depending on the requirements) and ensure SIF’s SOPs and Policies during the implementation of all activities.
Coordination with vet-doctor for livestock component as per need and for planning in advance for in time support and guidance for the BNFs.

 Coordination:

Maintain regular interaction with line manager, national and local stakeholders with the objective of collecting information on ongoing and planned activities.
Inter department coordination, periodic review meeting with support (Logistic and MEAL) department regarding project implementation activities.
Performing other duties / additional tasks that may assign by the supervisor.

Reporting:

Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly progress reports are prepared and shared with the line manager and HQ.
Prepare field visit reports and complete technical support forms after commencing the visit in the field
Ensure that project documents are updated and archived regularly
Prepare & share case studies/success stories with management.
Prepare any other reports when required/asked by the supervisor

Representation:

Participate and Represent SIF in meeting with training agency/institute/vendor.
Participate and represent SIF in the meetings within the targeted areas or meetings organized by the humanitarian organization/Government departments if required by the line manager.
Represent and adhere to the SIF policies and procedures in the field areas.
Arrange and supervise training for livelihood beneficiaries.

 Monitoring and Supervision:

Facilitate the line manager, stakeholders and MEAL representatives for the monitoring visits within the field areas.
Ensure child safeguarding and child protection.
Social protection, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young peopl
Assessment and monitoring.
Monitor the training according to SOP shared by SIF regarding code of conduct.
Monitor vendor procurement delivery/distribution of food packages, livestock, poultry birds and other supplies for the BNFs.
Monitor all the activities in the nutrition and livelihood component in different projects and provide support to the BNFs.
