Area Supervisor
I worked as Area Supervisor in Communication Network Project supported by (UNICEF) for Polio eradication Initiatives in Pakistan.
Assignment Purpose: Conducting training, Monitoring and Supervision of Community Health Workers, Social Mobilization, Use of Interpersonal Communication Knowledge and Skills at Community Level.
My major duties were Data Collection, Data analysis, Micro planning, Micro Census at Union Council level. Social Mobilization, Community engagement activities, Awareness sessions at schools, walks, inauguration at UC level in creating demand and acceptance of Polio vaccination, Conducting training of community health workers at Agency headquarter Hospital Landi kotal, Supervision and monitoring before, during and after Polio eradication Campaigns, UC level Reports preparation and communicating it with Unit Supervisor and Data center.
Team leader and Team support person.
I worked with Peshawar Uplift Program as a Team Support Person/Leader. During my stay with Peshawar Uplift program, I supported the field teams in conducting activities like debate competitions, cricket tournaments, conducting international days, youth galas etc.
