Plan, coordinate, assign, oversee and participate as required in the preparation, cooking and serving of food; preparing and maintaining necessary records and files.

Open kitchen, set up equipment, prepare cafeteria for serving.

Maintain consistency in food preparation and service to customers.

Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
Presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client.
Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies.
Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.

Manage job number tracking sheet updating daily with status of all open jobs.
Maintain job number checklist for all creative requests in a timely manner.
Prepare weekly report for Monday and Thursday traffic meetings to prioritize jobs for the week with all marketing resources and evaluate status.
Follow-up continuously on all open items to ensure completion by due date.
Ensure fulfillment collateral inventory levels suffice to fill requests.
