Assist Project Director in appropriation and re-appropriation of allocations.
Preparation of audit / inspection reports relating to project.
Assist Project Director in maintaining confidential reports of all employees of PMU.
Maintain cash book, inventories, Contingent register, Imprest account Register, account record, Stock Accounting Verification etc.
Assist in Reporting, Bi-Annual Budget Preparation and Final Accounts Preparation.
Preparation of presentations on MS Power Point.
Planning and coordinating in development of examination process.
Date management.
Eliminate the errors in examination answer sheets.
Re-checking the papers.
Inform the Sub Examiner to proceed to examine the answer books conforming to the standard indicated by him.
Submission of periodical Progress Reports for consideration by the higher management.
