A-Operational role
1- Responsible for maintaining required parameters/conditions of engines and boilers as per SOP defined by manufacturer.
2- Responsible for supervision of operators and ensure trouble free operation of R.O plant, Cooling towers, Air compressors.
3- Prepare preventive maintenance plan (for engines and boilers both) in coordination with manager and supervise its execution.
4- Responsible for supervision of team in new installation/ dismantling and other projects related power house.
5- Coordinate with contractors for service providers for timely execution of outsource maintenance of boiler and engines.
6- Ensure proper utilization of manpower to get optimum performance.
7- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution of day-to-day issues.
8- Review daily logsheets of solar panels/ engines/ boilers and highlight/ resolve abnormalities.
9- Responsible for supervision of cleaning activity of solar panels for efficient power generation.
10- Raise move orders and PR through Oracle module for items required in maintenance of machines.
11- Coordinate with procurement department for timely delivery of required components to reduce machine stoppage time.
12- Review and analyze monthly budget and highlight the variances.
13- Responsible for proper record keeping of ISO and controlled documents.
14- Prepare generation vs. consumption report and highlight discrepancy for energy conservation purpose.
15- Water Management of Entire Industry.
16- Maintain HSC and social compliance requirements.
