I am an HR professional with over 8 years of hands on experience of managing the HR and Admin related functions which includes development of HR Strategies, SOPs, Policies and procedures. Prior that I have served in KMNR Engineering Private Limited as Human Resource Administrator and also worked remotely for our Canadian office (Smith and Andersen) as an HR Administrator from Karachi office and was confirmed within 02 months. I was the first employee who was confirmed within 2 months of probation in my current job on the basis of my performance. Before that I served as an HR Supervisor at Shazil Pakistan Pvt. Ltd.
Moreover, I started as an internee by Marie Stopes Society DFID UK-AID RHF project in People & Development (HR) Department. Within 3 months I was offered a service contract as a Human Resource Assistant.
I have done my MBA in Human Resource Management (on 100 % scholarship on merit) from Institute of Business and Technology IBT Karachi, Pakistan. During my MBA I was also working with Domino English Learning Centre (DELC), Karachi from August 2011 to February 2014 as a Trainer and Recruiter.

Manage the department as Lead and strategic business partner.
Responsible for developing Human Resources manuals policies, procedures and strategies, monitor and evaluation of the results.
Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, salary structures (according to the company’s profile) developing and maintaining organization charts
Responsible for Talent Acquisition Management (Man power planning, Recruitment and Selection process, orientation, participate Job Fairs, MTO/Internship program etc).
Compensation and Benefits structure plans for new and existing staff.
Participate in salary surveys and provide an insight to the Top Management about the market trend pay scale.

Performance Management- Responsible for coordinating performance review process company-wide. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating internal database, preparation of forms, coordinating meeting process and distribution and collection of forms and any necessary follow up.
