I am an HR professional with over 8 years of hands on experience of managing the HR and Admin related functions which includes development of HR Strategies, SOPs, Policies and procedures. Moreover, Responsible for the complete cycle of Talent Acquisition Management, Settlements, HR Operations, Performance Management System, Training and Development, Career Management, Conflict Management and Labor laws .Currently, I am working at Brentwood Pvt. Limited as Assistant Manager-Human Resource and Administration.

Prior that I have served in KMNR Engineering Private Limited as Human Resource Administrator and also worked remotely for our Canadian office (Smith and Andersen) as an HR Administrator from Karachi office and was confirmed within 02 months. I was the first employee who was confirmed within 2 months of probation in my current job on the basis of my performance. Before that I served as an HR Supervisor at Shazil Pakistan Pvt. Ltd.

Moreover, I started as an internee by Marie Stopes Society DFID UK-AID RHF project in People & Development (HR) Department. Within 3 months I was offered a service contract as a Human Resource Assistant.

I have done my MBA in Human Resource Management (on 100 % scholarship on merit) from Institute of Business and Technology IBT Karachi, Pakistan. During my MBA I was also working with Domino English Learning Centre (DELC), Karachi from August 2011 to February 2014 as a Trainer and Recruiter.

I have considerable experience in areas of Human Resource and a thorough knowledge of the process and procedures of HR.
