We are working on Windows Linux, Cloud Automation Control Panel, Enterprise Hosting Automation Solution, Hosted Exchange 2016 / 2013, Cloud Hosting Solution, Hosted SharePoint Services, Hosted Skype for Business (Lync), VM Control Panel, Microsoft CSP, Microsoft Azure, Mailbox Migration, Office 365, Active Directory, and AWS.
My Core Responsibilities are as follows:
Engagement with customers for acquiring solution requirements and development of cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
Translation of customer requirements into solution through architectural and design documentation.
Diagnose Software related technical problems on live servers and troubleshoot them using established
Procedures like remote desktop sessions and live shared sessions.
Provide technical and application support to customers.
Work closely with application engineers and technical support engineers to increase knowledge and resolve customer issues.
Develop and implement resolutions to identified problems and follow standard practices and procedures.
Assist internal colleagues on Windows, Linux, PC, Antivirus, firewall, and networking problems.
Provide directions for continuous improvement of product and share new ideas to enhance the existing features.
