I am responsible to prepare yearly HSE plan and maintain leading indicators accordingly.
 Responsible to ensure the implementation of safety requirements, PTW procedures (where applicable) and safety manual to achieve safe execution and HSE targets.
 I am responsible to coordinate safety section, preparation for intern reviews.
 I am responsible to support the team for PSM System and Implementation.
 I am responsible to pre start ups safety reviews of new facilities / modifications to ensure adherence to relevant standers and built as per specification.
 Revision and participation of JSEA of non routine / new jobs.
 I am responsible to prepare safety statistics and safety information for monthly reports.
 To process IR (Incident Report).PIR (Pending incident report), PIRR (Pending incident recommendation report) Qualitative analysis of incident report.
 I am responsible for analysis of leading indicators, including IR, PIR, PIRR, PSSR (Pre start up safety review), MSA (Management safety audit), PTW quality .
 I am responsible for conducting walk through audit to ensure safe execution of the jobs by the line organization in the field.
 I am responsible for having key performance indicator from the contractor and sub contractors.
Responsible for keeping update of Monthly injury & incident analysis, Qualitative Analysis Management Safety audit report.
 Responsible to take follow ups on any deficiency noted during inspections and ensure that they are corrected.
 Assist with the formulation of emergency / contingency plans.
 Responsible for to ensure the emergency fire drills and review and update ERP as per necessity.
 I am accompanied with staff from the department of environmental Health and safety, Health and safety committees, and external agencies during work place inspections.
 Responsible for identifying safety trainings needs, organized and coordinate safety training courses and prepare training material as per requirement.
 Responsible for participating monthly and weekly safety meeting with contractors and sub contractors.
 I am responsible for conducting audits surveys on daily bases to identify and minimize the risks to company and contractor and sub-contractor employees.

·Responsible for smooth and profitable operations of Health Safety and Environment HSE
· Supervise and provide consultation to the high management and client UEP on HSE concerns
·To oversee and train the employees’ in HSE for perfect rewards and smart benefits, for the company.
·Handle all HSE grievances professionally and resolve the HSE conflicts in an unbiased manner
·Develop and maintain a health safety management system, Policies required, HSE Procedures and SOP’s that meets the cliental needs.
·Managing overall health and safety management of 200 plus workers related with jobs
·Reviews and approve the Annual HSE Plan and forward it to the Managing Director and Co – Managing Director of the company and present it to the client UEP.
·Establish and lead the best recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to attract and retain competent talent in the company to avoid incidents / accident and near misses
·Lead and monitor implementation Performance in operation with Health and Safety Management System in line with the company set goals, to achieve the high reputation, to save the company direct and indirect losses, increasing the business, to meet lowest incident and accidents rates.
·Coordinate and consultation for employees trainings and Development initiatives with high level management,
·Carry out the risk assessment of routine and non routine jobs, mentoring, auditing inspection safety walk troughs and assistance where needed to be improved, in HSE Performance,
·Execute the activities identification of hazards and suggests the appropriate safety control measures, to secure the workers and work places right fit at the right time.
·Plans and conducts new employee HSE orientation to foster positive attitude toward Health and safety, and could be saved while working in hydrocarbon and non hydrocarbon area, and meet the cliental requirement to be aware of their work place. In terms of hazards.
·Ensure effective implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
·Manage internal communication projects i.e. job satisfaction surveys

•Responsible to conduct Morning Tool Box Talk with the local labor at the main check area post with the coordination of client person to ensure daily updates regarding with the main observations of previous day .
•Responsible to ensure the integrity of HSE Management System at the Power plant on daily routine basis to comply with the OSHA Standard.
•Responsible to give permits to the sub contractor for their work performance and also ensure the controls are put in the place, and manage contractor working in facility.
•Observe HSE regulation, WEARS all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately are reports them to the proper personnel. .
•Emergency drills conduction by CMEC(China Mechanical Engineering Corporation ) and EPTL. (Engro Power Thar Coal Limited)
•Provides HSE promotional materials to Sub contractor to promote safe and healthful work performance.
•Responsible for integrated power plant routine HSE management.
•Responsible for manage contractors\' working in facility.
•Responsible for facility HSE material and equipment management.
•Responsible for facility HSE procedures establish, and enhance procedures execution.
•Establish, optimize and execute all safety related rules.
•Conduct safety training to employee to improve the safety awareness.
•Responsible for paper work and record management in HSE management.
•Responsible for all safety related documentation collection and archive.
•Several times walk through in high risk work area. Inspect equipment and work area conditions.
•Include below safety works: Weekly safety meeting; Facility entry and process area entry management; PTW and JSA; Safety Hazard management; Search, enroll, collect and appraise; Emergency response management; Safety drill; Safety training; HSE report.
•Supervise industry hygiene and housekeeping conditions, solve hygiene safety problems.

• Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessment to support Health, Safety and Environmental Management.
• Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulation.
• Observe HSE regulation, WEARS all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately are reports them to the proper personnel.

• Ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE’s.

• Assist in administering and maintaining compliance programs such as LOTO, hazard commutation, haring conversation, hot work, respiratory protection etc.
