Monitoring Officer
Work in Pyramid Gas PVT(LTD) Transport Department As Monitoring Officer.
Ensure mutual briefing between the incoming and outgoing officer
Keep in close touch with all the drivers and 2nd drivers to assess their presence
Check and update vehicles locations thrice a day.
Prepared Vehicles Loaded and Unloaded Vehicles details.
Ensure FIRST IN FIRST OUT while detailing the vehicles for loading/decanting.
Describe the route to each vehicle and geo-fence the route to avoid route deviation.
Prepare daily alerts report and pass it on to the Fleet Supervisor and Transport Manager.
Prepare daily reports on driver’s performance.
Keep close eye on the fuel consumption of each vehicle through fuel sensors.
Keep close liaison with the tracking company to ensure that all devices and sensors are functioning.
Receive Shell HSD invoice biweekly and verify each entry.
Remain well versed with all the relevant SOPs and ensure smooth fleet operations.
And perform other related tasks assigned by the management.
