Handling customer Critical complaints and Daily orders received from different channels by
effectively using software’s.
 Evaluate, verify and resolve customer complaints and queries professionally and timely, as
per the SOP and deadline.
 Sharing the Service and Quality complaints with the area supervisor and to the concern
department as well, Co-ordinate with them to resolve within 48 hours and maintaining its
record, Also Guiding the Dairy products handling to the customers approached due to the
quality complaints.
 Receiving daily orders from different channels dispatch them within 24 hours, maintaining
the data and doing follow ups to deliver the order within 48 hours.
 Handle incoming emails and forwarding it to the concerned department, and maintaining
the email template folder for future reference.
 Cold calling to recruit new customers received through lead generation and follow the
communication procedures, guidelines and policies
 Work with marketing team on the leads and on the ongoing activity, Maintaining customer
feedback record for future analysis and innovations.
 Maintain customer’s prepaid card file and dispatch the new cards to vendor for printing
purpose on weekly basis.
 Calling the prepaid card holder customers for not using the card and sharing the dropped
customer report to the concerns department Monthly.
 Sending messages to the customers in bulk using software’s as per the need.
 Assist department manager in maintaining different Sales reports, Feedback reports and
rider’s salary deduction report monthly or as per SOP.
 Assist and back up other team members when needed.
