Managed and implemented different modules of SED-HRMIS software for school education department. Spearhead SED-HRMIS software, observe and resolve staff’s technical and non-technical quires with collaboration of software development team to smooth running of application. Conducted training sessions and educated the district officers and their teams to achieve capacity building objectives as well as efficient usage of software and for achieving targeted objectives. Performed quality assurance of each software module before to be live for streamlining its working.

Contributed to maintain the store’s IT network, servers, and security systems. Interface with IT manager and IT team to manage remote sites of company to identify and resolve software, hardware and network issues.  Orchestrated technical support in resolving technical queries / issues of routers, switches, firewalls, cameras, computers, printers, and IP phones.

Provided technical support to a networking team to oversee active and passive projects regarding the LAN connectivity, including installing and configuring routers, switches, and firewalls. Conducted surveys of different sites and supervise four key projects, comprising deploying different brands of networking cables, switches, access points, Fortinet firewalls, and routers to meet the client’s actual requirements.
 
Key Projects:

Punjab University LAN Connectivity: Spearheaded key project of LAN connectivity by deploying Cat6 cable with complete ducting as well as implementing access points, switches, and Wi-Fi routers with basic configurations.
Punjab Curriculum & Textbook Board: Supervised additional LAN connectivity by streamlining the LAN passive activities, including deploying cameras, wires, ducts, back box, face plates, RJ45 jacks, and connectors.
Lahore University of Management Sciences: Provided dynamic and analytical support for implementing LAN connectivity in both active and passive sides

Managed the store’s operations, including processing documents, securing information, updating databases, and utilizing office equipment like scanners, printers, and keyboards to input data. Led data entry functions to manage record relating to sale and/or purchase of key products by using company\'s software and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ensured customer satisfaction by providing products according to the patrons’ needs. Liaised with customers to negotiate on products usage and ensured products’ availability in specific racks of store. Built and fostered strong relationships with senior staff and colleagues to achieve organisational and business objectives.
