As a seasoned development professional with over 4 years of experience in project management, coordination, and community engagement, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with rural development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. My expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating community-based projects has equipped me with the skills to effectively coordinate SRSP's initiatives and contribute to the organization's mission.
Prior to joining SRSP in 2018, I worked as a Mud Logger Geologist at Halliburton, a leading oil and gas services company. In this role, I gained valuable experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and teamwork. I worked closely with drilling teams to provide real-time geological data, which helped optimize drilling operations and reduce costs. This experience taught me the importance of attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration in achieving project goals.
Since joining SRSP in 2018, I have worked tirelessly to support the organization's mission and objectives. As a Coordinator, I have been responsible for providing technical and logistical support to project teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of project proposals, reports, and other documentation. I have worked closely with communities, local government officials, and other stakeholders to design and implement projects that address the unique needs and challenges of rural communities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
One of my greatest strengths as a Coordinator is my ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, local government officials, and other development practitioners. I have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, which has been critical in ensuring the success of SRSP's projects.
I am particularly drawn to SRSP's commitment to empowering marginalized communities through sustainable livelihoods, education, healthcare, and infrastructure development.
