1. Core Responsibilities:
a. Technical Support:
Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, including hardware and software support, network connectivity, and other IT-related issues.
b. Network Administration:
Responsible for managing and maintaining the network infrastructure, including network security, routing and switching.
c. Systems Administration:
Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization\'s IT systems, including servers, storage, and backup solutions, as well as system performance tuning and software installation and maintenance.
d. Database Administration:
Responsible for managing and maintaining databases, including backup and recovery.
e. Project Management:
Responsible for leading IT projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring and controlling project activities.
f. Business Analysis:
Responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into IT solutions.
g. Digital Marketing:
Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
h. Web Host Management:
i. Managing backups, disaster recovery, and security measures to protect hosted websites and applications from cyber threats
ii. Managing and troubleshooting email services, including configuring and maintaining email servers and handling spam and virus protection
iii. In case of virus attack, Recovering Deleted Outlook Emails
i. Graphic Designing:
i. Creating layouts and designs for print and digital media, such as brochures, flyers, websites, and social media posts for the organization.
ii. Using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and edit designs
iii. Collaborating with Marketing Team to create cohesive designs
iv. Keeping up-to-date with design trends and industry developments
j. Video Editing:
i. Reviewing and selecting raw footage for inclusion in a video project
ii. Trimming and arranging footage to create a cohesive story or message
iii. Adding and adjusting audio and visual effects, such as color correction and sound editing
iv. Incorporating graphics, titles, and other visual elements into a video project
v. Maintaining and organizing video files and assets
vi. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for video editing software and techniques

i. Coordinating with the customer for the services feedback and keeping close coordination for upselling
j. Liaison with Paksat finance team to ensure the timely invoicing and receipt of payment by Revenue Assurance teams.
