Here at Global Pharmaceuticals I am responsible for supervision of all payroll activities. My main duties include: • Payroll Processing of about 2000 employees in software and excel sheet. • Bank Dealing about Salaries Issues & Bank Account Opening for employees. • Preparing of Payroll By Bank, By D.D and By Cash. • Supervise disbursements of Cash Salaries. • Checking all Travelling Expense (TA/DA) of Marketing Field Force (Medical Rap), Marketing Sales Team and Other Managerial Staff. • Attendance/Leaves & Overtime of all staff. • Process of Final Settlements Files • Leave Encashment Payments • Maintain Provident Fund Contributions Ledgers & Loans Ledger. • Social Security Contributions Payments • E.O.B.I Contributions, Online “EOBI Facilitation System” • Maintain Online Income Tax Employees “e-payment, challan etc” • Manage Tax Certificates and Tax E. File Coordination. • Make Sure All Relevant Work as S.O.P’s Company. • Working on Software HCM (Human Capital Management) Developed by SIDDAT HYDER) and New software SAP Business-1 International)- ERP System.
