Being  an educationist , administrator ,, planner and leader or more than 20 yrs , over 10 years association leading role played for women entrepreneur, women in handi craft and other businesses from the platform of WCCI , have been the first women Wing president of PTI Balochistan Chapter and woman startup entrprenure for almost 15 yrs , I have acquired pretty enough experience in educational management , curriculum development that has enhanced my leadership skills in a better way . Both aspect of my working experience has enriched my abilities and performance in private sector to meet the targets and succeed the task . School development and staff development is my special expertise as I am a keen observer and logical problem solver. My artistic skills reflects well in my working place ambiance and positivity in the pleasent environmen.My current job as Project manager has added more to my skills and confidence where I completed the task with 50% supervision and has completed the first project successfully. Besides I'm working working as free lancer and as an educational consultant too.  I believe in global citizenship respect diversity, and owe my responsibility to educate , to build character and enhance skills have am outstanding command on the school operations , communication and in establishing liaison with all attached and relevant offices . Improvement is my mission in available capacity resources. I'm a tech oriented professional and love innovation and challenges. I'm an eager quick learner and accept change with utmost motivation.
