To manage timely testing and inspection of services to production Dept. according to Quality Standards and assurance of
Specified quality standards.
✓ To organize Receiving, In Process and Final Inspection.
✓ To organize Sampling Inspection to ensure that the product is meeting the sample room standards.
✓ Giving feedback to vendors about Local Parts for continuous improvement.
✓ To prepare & implement quality assurance methods at each stage so that the product fully meets the standard requirements.
✓ To introduce effective quality audit and to take corrective & preventive steps to ensure that only defect free product is packed
for I.R.
✓ To solve problems arising during production.
✓ Assigning daily task to subordinates.
✓ Review, investigation & control of non-conformities and customer complaints.
✓ To check and approve all local development materials.
✓ To provide/arrange training of production and quality personnel as and when required.
✓ Any other responsibility assigned by Management.
✓ Analysis and test reports of plastic material of Injection mold machine.
✓ Has knowledge and experience working in an ISO Quality
✓ Has knowledge and experience working in an WMS system.
