Primary Responsibilities

First and foremost responsibility is to do whatever the CEO asks. The role will include a wide variety of duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the following

• Have Ability to manages the day-to-day administrative affairs of the office. Schedules all appointments and other commitments.

• Typical office work such as answering phone calls, photocopying, mailing, etc.

Maintains director’s schedule by maintaining calendars for department, arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
Prepares reports by collecting information.
