Manager Compliance Sustainability
Monitoring and Implementing all the HR/Compliances/Labor Law functions from recruiting to orienting new employees, from writing job descriptions to tracking vacation and sick leave, and from instituting and making policies to providing benefits. Employees training and development, Performance Appraisal and grievance handling and related to social welfare i.e. social security, EOBI, group insurance etc. Monitoring all the administrative function such as mills discipline, policy implementation, grievance handling, civil works, Electric works and maintain the environment according to the international standards.
Monitoring and implementation all the EHS/HSE Law functions in all over the factory, planning the departments as per the fire safety requirements. Provide the 15 types of trainings to all type of employees as per annual schedule
