To introduce Modern Methodologies to attain quality of Education.
To diagnose and resolve teachers internal and external matters.
To design and implement curricular and extra-curricular activities to boost up teachers as well as student capacity and confidence.
To mobilize parents to change their behaviors to ensure quality of education of their children.
To arrange seminars and workshops to build the capacity of teachers.

To facilitate in creating linkages with CBOs, NGOs and other supporting organization in targeted area of networking, information sharing and to find possibilities of collaborative work.

Report the management regarding the update activities in working community and progress of BHP Project.
Pay the regular monitoring and evaluation of education project of BHP and analyze the progress in schools and community.

To conduct community meetings in villages and organize seminars and workshops.
