Conducts Management Review Meetings and Internal Quality Audits 
Prepare and submit Monthly Management reports

Planning of staff training in consultation with In-charge of sections

DESCRIPTION:

Fully responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall production & operations of the facility. It includes Cooling tower, Compressor, Boiler, RO Plant, Shape Molding, Sheets Cutting & Extrusion operations.
Monitor the production processes to achieve targets and draft a timescale for the job and manage all resources (like raw material (Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) beads, labor, Water, Electricity and air).
Ensure that production facility equipment is readily available for production through implementing preventive and predictive maintenance to avoid unplanned stoppage and production loss.
Generate CGP (cost of goods produced) report which includes material issuance, production, wastage, & material consumption to find per kg cost of products to extract out the contribution margins.
Draft a cost effective monthly budget for smooth operations and maintain minimum stock level while creating demands through Oracle ERP system.
Determine quality control standards and ensure good quality and process for production to implement quality programs according to customer requirements and check quality reports on a daily basis.
Ensure that the production is cost effective by checking recipes of product, monitoring operators performance, machine cycle time, reduction of wastage.

Developed Policy & Procedures, Quality standards and ensure its adherence.
Support regional sales of PKR 300M/M w.r.t flawless productions and on-time product deliveries (OTIF).
Achieved manufacturing excellence with most efficient manufacturing practices correlated with Digital and tailored quality controls.
Set requirements for incoming raw material and monitor their compliance.
Perform quality checks and inspections as per inspection and test plan.
Supervise team of inspectors, and other staff members and provide guidance.
Oversee product development to identify any deviations from quality standards.
Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
