Roles & Responsibility:
- Making of Part Distribution list, to ensure proper stacking of parts station wise.
- Implement 5s activities at line site.
- Perform time and motion study to improve efficiency & reduce waste.
- Conduct Training of Shop floor Teams in order to increase their working skills.
- Reduce rejection of parts from line side.
- Root cause Analysis of critical problems arising at line side.
- Proper implementation of WSS at line site. - Coordination with other departments which includes PPMC, QC & Production.
- Study of Body shop & Assembly Shop, w.r.t its machinery, process flow, working standards & its SOPs.

Internee Engineer
- Studied the IMV-640 line and performed the time & motion study. Identified the bottle necks & gave recommendation to solve them.
- Did inspection of machine with the help of drawing whether all parts are mounted properly.
- Recommendations for proper utilization of workers on installation of new IMV-640 line.
