概要

I am recently serving Jaffer Group M/s AJCL (Ahmed Jaffer Company (Pvt) Ltd Pakistan as Manager HR and Administration, in addition I am also looking after Legal issues and all contractual revalidation and policies revisions and implementations. I have also being providing consultancy and advisory for business development to arrange in house QHSE training and courses for Pakistan Navy to promote awareness in Quality Health Safety Security Environment in collaboration with Zeal International Pvt Ltd, Cardiff School of Health and Safety Studies (UK), Be Safe Pvt Ltd. Prior to Ahmed Jaffer Companies( AJCL), I had been associated with Law Firm M/s Sandhu Syndicates (Umer Hayat Sandhu ASC) Ex-Deputy Attorney General of Pakistan as Legal Associates. I have valid Membership of Sindh Bar Council and Karachi Bar Association as Advocate High Court. I am lucky enough to serve Pakistan Navy Aviation commissioned Officer as Lieutenant PN equivalent to Captain Pak Army for more than 25 years and acquired diversified experience in administration, Security , Health and Safety (IOSH UK Certified), Quality Assurance and Quality Control in ISO 9001 certified organization, Human resource , Legal and welfares , Training and Engineering maintenance/managements including projects Management and Leadership Role to accomplish assignments in a given time framework. I have been associated with the vast fields of HR/Administration, Security/ Health and Safety, IR, personnel and Industrial relations, Welfare and compensations, Legal Consultancy, Quality Assurance and Quality Control in ISO 9001 certified organizations/Squadron of Pakistan Naval Aviation. I am graduated from the College of Air Safety Management Pakistan Air force, Air University and Bahria University with Post Graduation in Labour Administration and Industrial Welfare from National Institute of Labour Administration Training (NILAT) and PIAC/CAA/PAF.
